OUR PRINT PROCESS

"At BTCTC Gallery, we begin the process of creating our fine art limited-edition prints by meticulously scanning the original work in our studio to ensure absolute perfection. Next, we carefully select the appropriate paper stock, considering weight, texture, and shade of white to complement the edition. Once finalized, we proceed with color proofing to guarantee color accuracy. The edition is only created after all these steps have been completed, including final decisions on border sizes and paper edges."

ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Satoshi Nakamoto, one of the first artistic creations of Bitcoin Trading Cards, was brought to life by artist Genjo and Alladan, the company’s founder, in late 2021. This character is one of the most iconic figures created by the team and serves as the emblem of Bitcoin Trading Cards. 

Collaborating with an Emmy Award-winning costume designer to bring this character to life, Satoshi’s original iteration has been portrayed in a live-action costume at numerous Bitcoin and trading card conventions across the country.

The design concept for this iconic artwork was inspired by years of contemplation and curiosity surrounding the mysterious creator of Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto.

He is depicted clutching a large bag labeled "21 Million", symbolizing the finite supply of Bitcoin introduced to the world. Standing on the moon like a comic book superhero, the anonymous Satoshi prepares to embark on a journey to Earth, carrying his gift of a fully decentralized currency.

Satoshi—the only real-life hero who has successfully kept his identity hidden from the world—is a towering figure full of mystery and intrigue. The vibrant colors enveloping the globe behind him represent the great potential that lies ahead for Bitcoin and its impact on the world.
